The call will switch to the conference view. The first time you start Jabber, you will need to authenticate. Next, open your Applications folder and launch the Cisco Jabber app. When the installation completes, click Close. Click the join icon to connect them and resume the conference call.

The conference call will be put on hold when adding participants after the first caller has been connected.
